Cancellation Policy
No weapons allowed in venue. If the venue is not cleared at the end time slot a $150 fee will be charged for another hour. If the venue is not clean by the end of the rental time, a $150 cleaning fee will be charged. Must clean all trash and stack tables and chairs before for leaving No BYOB. No open flames. No smoking, vaping or hookah The total balance is due 48 hours before your event. No exceptions. You must pay 50% of the total as a reservation deposit. If paid in full then canceled after 48 hours before your even there is no refund All deposits are non-refundable (You will have 6 months to use deposit to rebook.) Jinx Graphics is not responsible for any lost or stolen items, food or alcohol sickness or consumption or injury. All clients will be required to complete an informed consent form before any event or rental services are performed.
